Tickets may be sold and purchased only within the Province of British Columbia. Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older. Cash, debit card, Visa and MasterCard are the accepted forms of payment.

Conducting the Draws

All prize draws will be done manually from the draw barrel located at the Dream Home at 7583 Stillwater Crescent in Prince George, British Columbia. All draws will commence at 8pm. Tickets are returned to the draw barrel after each prize is drawn.

Chances are 1 in 8,500 (total tickets for sale) to win a grand prize. Actual odds depend on number of tickets sold.

If all tickets are sold out, all prizes will be drawn according to schedule.

Early Bird Prize Draws

12 Early Bird Prizes will be drawn from all eligible tickets purchased prior to sales cutoff for each drawing. All prize values include HST where applicable.

Early Bird Prize Grouping #1

Four (4) early bird prizes will be drawn on Friday July 15, 2011. All verified tickets purchased prior to 2pm July 14, 2011 will be eligible for each of the draws in the following order:

Early Bird Prize Grouping #2

Four (4) early bird prizes will be drawn on Friday August 19, 2011. All verified tickets purchased prior to 2pm August 18, 2011 will be eligible for each of the draws in the following order:

Uniglobe Sunburst Travel & Cruises Ltd. Travel Voucher. Prize supplied by the PG Hospice Society valued at $1,000.00

Early Bird Prize Grouping #3

Two (2) early bird prizes will be drawn on Friday September 9, 2011. All verified tickets purchased prior to 2pm September 8, 2011 will be eligible for each of the draws in the following order:

Flat Screen Television. Prize supplied by the PG Hospice Society valued at $840.00

Early Bird Prize Grouping #4

Two (2) early bird prizes will be drawn on Friday October 14, 2011. All verified tickets purchased prior to 2pm October 13, 2011 will be eligible for each of the draws in the following order:

Hockey Stick Bench. Prize supplied by the PG Hospice Society valued at $560.00

Puerto Vallarta Trip for Two. Prize supplied by Uniglobe Sunburst Travel & Cruises Ltd. valued at $3,695.80

Grand Prize Draw

1,947 square foot Dream Home located at 7583 Stillwater Crescent in Prince George, BC valued at $440,000

Ticket Sales Deadline: 2pm October 28, 2011

Grand Prize Draw: 8pm October 28, 2011 at the Dream Home, 7583 Stillwater Crescent.

Draw Order:

All valid and verified tickets purchased prior to prize draw cutoff dates and times will be eligible for all remaining sequential draws. All prizes will be drawn in the order listed. A winning ticket drawn for any prize will be verified and recorded prior to being returned to the draw barrel and prior to the next sequential draw. All prize draws will be done manually from the draw barrel located at the Dream Home at 7583 Stillwater Crescent in Prince George, British Columbia. Tickets are returned to the draw barrel after each prize is drawn. Odds of winning a grand prize are 1 in 8,500 (total tickets for sale). Actual odds depend on number of tickets sold.

If all tickets are sold out, all prizes will be drawn according to schedule.

Notification:

An attempt to contact prize winners will be made following each set of draws using the supplied contact information provided on the ticket at the time of purchase. All winners' names will be published on the Prince George Hospice Society Dream Home Lottery website and a winners' list will be available for viewing at the PG Hospice Society offices located at 3089 Clapperton Street, Prince George, BC, V2L 5N4. The winners' list will be updated within 24 hours after each set of draws.

Prince George Hospice Society reserves the right to publish the names and likeness of the winners of the Prince George Hospice Society Dream Home Lottery.

Prizes:

All prizes must be accepted as awarded; no substitutes and no cash equivalent. All prizes must be claimed within one year of the prize draws, except for the travel vouchers and vacation package, which must be booked within one year of the draws, unless the supplier agrees to otherwise. Prince George Hospice Society Dream Home Lottery and its suppliers are not responsible for any costs incurred for the pick up or delivery of prizes. Winners are responsible for all shipping and delivery costs if they choose to have prizes shipped to them.

The Grand Prize Dream Home must be accepted as awarded. All transfer costs will be the responsibility of the Lottery. Any and all taxes and/or costs associated with owning the property will be the responsibility of the winner from the date of possession.

If after a period of one year a winner cannot be located, the prize or cash equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to an approved beneficiary.

Prizes may not be exactly as shown.

Should a prize become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Lottery's control, the winner will be awarded a prize of equivalent value.

Employees hired to assist with the PG Hospice Society Dream Home Lottery

Notice advising ticket purchasers:

You must be 19 years or older to purchase a ticket. Ticket buyers will be responsible for ensuring any name given within the ticket's contact information will be that of an individual 19 years of age or older. Address labels, and other sticker containing contact information, cannot be used to complete ticket contact information.

In the event that a winning ticket lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to any individual whose name is listed on the ticket. The Licensee is not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals. The Prince George Hospice Society and the Dream Home Lottery respects your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The personal information collected by the Prince George Hospice Society Dream Home Lottery will be used to process ticket orders, notify winners, send out current and future lottery information and to provide information on future Prince George Hospice Society events, programs and fundraisers. If you do not wish to be contacted, please contact the Prince George Hospice Society at 250.563.2551.

Phone orders can be placed twenty four (24) hours a day and will require verification. Phone orders will be processed during the normal business hours of the Prince George Hospice Society. When ordering by phone, please allow 3 to 4 weeks from date of purchase for delivery of your official ticket.

Any refund requests will be individually investigated. After determining the validity of the request, the official ticket number will be cancelled and a refund cheque issued within 24 hours of the decision to refund.
